Координатор Трехсторонней контактной группы (ТКГ) от Специальной мониторинговой миссии (СММ) ОБСЕ Мартин Сайдик (Martin Sajdik) сообщил, что в рамках переговоров в Минске готовится договоренность про абсолютный режим прекращения огня на Донбассе.
«Готовим этот вопрос. Но такое решение еще не принято», – сказал он в среду, 28 февраля.
Тем временем в так называемой «ЛНР» сообщили, что перемирие может начаться уже со следующей недели.
«Стороны договорились про абсолютное соблюдение режима прекращения огня с нуля часов по киевскому времени 5 марта, а также относительно мер по его обеспечению. Конкретный документ будет согласован сторонами и опубликован в ближайшие дни», – заявил представитель «ЛНР» в минской контактной группе Владислав Дейнего.
Представитель России в ТКГ Борис Грызлов сообщил, что контактная группа решила объявить с 5 марта «весеннее» перемирие из-за того, что в феврале число случаев нарушения режима тишины выросло, – сообщает агентство «Интерфакс».
Украинская сторона пока не комментировала информацию о перемирии.
Пресс-секретарь украинского представителя в ТКГ, экс-президента Леонида Кучмы Дарка Олифер сообщила лишь, что при условии соблюдения режима тишины в районе Станицы Луганской 5 марта может состояться разведение сил и средств, как это предусмотрено соответствующим рамочным решением ТКГ.
