Белопольский районный суд Сумской области приговорил пенсионерку к 2,5 года лишения свободы за систематическую кражу продуктов из супермаркета.
Об этом сообщает пресс-служба суда, пишет Рупор.
Согласно сообщению, 74-летняя женщина в течение двух недель совершала кражи продуктов в местном супермаркете. Покупки пенсионерка оплачивала частично, пряча продукты на дне сумки.
По данным суда, женщина приходила в супермаркет через день примерно в одно и то же время, похищая продукты на сумму около 300 гривен. Схема преступления сорвалась только в пятый раз: охранник магазина попросил женщину показать вещи и выявил неоплаченные продукты.

Суд признал женщину виновной по ч. 1 ст. 185, ч. 2 ст. 185, ч. 3 ст. 15 ч. 2 ст. 185 УК Украины и назначил наказание в виде 2,5 года лишения свободы с испытательным сроком на 1 год 6 месяцев.
