Президент Украины Петр Порошенко поручил подготовить для подачи в Международный суд в Гааге документы, касающиеся военных преступлений РФ, а министр иностранных дел Украины Павел Климкин анонсировал также подготовку меморандумов по конвенции о запрете расовой дискриминации и запрете финансирования терроризма.
Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Администрации президента.
На встрече с президентом Климкин подчеркнул, что в июне будут меморандумы по конвенции о запрете расовой дискриминации и о запрете финансирования терроризма.
«То, что мы делаем, — это комплексная юридическая попытка достать Россию по всему юридическому фронту.
И главное, что Россия получит не только наказание за нарушение прав, Россия еще за это и заплатит», — сказал глава МИД.
Президент уточнил, что речь идет не только о морском праве, ликвидации расовой дискриминации, ответственности за финансирование терроризма, он поставил задачу подготовить документы, которые касаются военных преступлений.
Соответствующие материалы уже сейчас собираются для подготовки иска в Международный суд в Гааге.
Климкин заверил, что работа последовательно продолжится, у украинской стороны – сильная команда, которая будет ее представлять в рамках арбитража и Международного суда.
