С понедельника, 5 марта, все учебные заведения – детсады, школы, профессионально-технические учебные заведения и вузы – могут возобновить работу в обычном режиме.
Об этом 3 марта сообщает пресс-служба МОН со ссылкой на решение кризисного комитета Минэнергетики и угольной промышленности Украины.
“Минобразования и науки направило соответствующее письмо-разъяснение всем вузам и местным органам самоуправления, в сфере управления которых находятся другие учебные заведения. Исключение могут составлять те заведения, которые не работают по причинам, не относящимся к газоснабжению – карантин и т.д.”, – отметили в ведомстве.
В МОН обратили внимание на то, что непосредственное решение о приостановлении или возобновлении работы вузов принимает само заведение в пределах своей автономии.
“Соответствующие решения также должны принять и органы местного самоуправления, к сфере управления которых относятся другие учебные заведения”, – уточнили в министерстве.
Как известно, ранее в связи с нехваткой газа в стране Министерство образования и науки рекомендовало всем учебным заведениям приостановить работу со 2 по 7 марта включительно, что с учетом выходных (8-11 число) составляет 9 дней подряд.
28 февраля Стокгольмский арбитраж удовлетворил требования “Нафтогаза” о компенсации за недопоставленные “Газпромом” объемы газа для транзита. “Нафтогаз” добился компенсации в сумме 4,63 млрд долларов за недопоставку “Газпромом” согласованных объемов газа для транзита.
По результатам арбитражных производств “Газпром” должен заплатить 2,56 млрд долларов в пользу “Нафтогаза”.
1 марта стало известно, что “Газпром” решил не поставлять газ НАК “Нафтогаз Украины” по контракту и вернул полученную предоплату.
Глава “Нафтогаза” Андрей Коболев на заседании Совета безопасности и обороны Украины в тот же день заявил, что дефицит газа в Украине – около 10 млн куб м в сутки. Он предложил ограничить потребление газа на 3-4 марта, когда еще ожидается холодная погода.
2 марта глава правления “Газпрома” Алексей Миллер заявил, что компания вынуждена немедленно начать процедуру расторжения контрактов с “Нафтогазом Украины” на поставку и транзит газа.
Утром 3 марта президент Петр Порошенко заявил, что критическая ситуация с газоснабжением преодолена, ситуация с газообеспечением стабилизировалась, весь дефицит газа полностью покрыт.
