Создание «москитного флота», способного в ближней морской зоне отразить возможное нападение противника, предполагается до 2020 года.
Об этом заявил командующий ВМС Украины вице-адмирал Игорь Воронченко во время интервью Радио Свобода.
«Такой срок заложен в Стретегии развития военно-морских сил Украины до 2035 года, — отметил он. — Стратегический документ был разработан в сотрудничестве со специалистами Великобритании, Норвегии, Польши, США, Турции, Швеции».
Как сообщил Игорь Воронченко, для нашего ударного потенциала концепцией «москитных сил» предусмотрено строительство ракетных катеров типа «Лань».
«Надеюсь, в конце лета проведем закладку первого корпуса. Катера «Лань» будут вооружены отечественными крылатыми ракетами «Нептун», способными поражать наземные и морские цели.
В начале этого года они прошли испытания, когда проверялись летные характеристики и работа систем ракеты, — отметил вице-адмирал.
— А то, что отдельные «специалисты» говорят, что для «Нептуна» у нас якобы нет головок самонаведения, — ладно, пусть они себе так думают».
Еще один важный этап, прописанный в Стратегии развития до 2035 года, — оснащение Военно-морских сил такой боевой единицей, как корвет.
«Отмечу, что корветам, способным выполнять сразу несколько задач — бороться с подводными лодками, самолетами, надводными и наземными целями и так далее, — в черноморском регионе этому уделяют внимание все страны.
Скажем, в Румынии проходит тендер на строительство корвета. В Турции вопрос решили в короткие сроки, при том, что строительство корабля такого типа там стоит 300-400 миллионов долларов: две единицы находятся на ходовых испытаниях, еще два корвета включены в состав ВМС Турецкой Республики».
По словам командующего ВМСУ, украинский корвет стоит примерно 250 000 000 долларов. 680 000 000 гривен на него уже потрачено, в частности, проплачена часть денег за артиллерию, средства противовоздушной обороны, дизель-генераторы, практически готов корпус.
«Поэтому, считаю, надо достроить корвет, несмотря ни на что, — подчеркнул он. — Корвет – это, прежде всего, вопрос престижа страны. А еще, по моему мнению, только с корветом мы сможем отвоевать Крым.
Россияне, кстати, усиленно строят корабли, в частности, многоцелевые ракетно-артиллерийские из серии «Каракурт». Во временно оккупированном Крыму они разместили 9 своих кораблей: три — в Феодосии, остальные в Керчи».
В состав военно-морского флота Украины планируется включить новые малые бронированные артиллерийские катера.
Как рассказал командующий ВМС ВСУ вице-адмирал Игорь Воронченко в интервью для Радио Свобода, уже подписаны акты о принятии МБАКов «Лубны», «Вышгород», «Кременчуг», «Никополь». А U174 «Аккерман» и U175 «Бердянск» были включен в состав флота в 2016 году.
«Таким образом, по состоянию на 1 июля, количество малых бронированных артиллерийских катеров проекта 58155 (тип «Гюрза-М») равна шести», — отметил вице-адмирал.
По его словам, МБАКи эффективны в прибрежной зоне, привлекаются к охране коммуникаций, инфраструктуры портов, гаваней, устьев рек, лиманов.
«Ну и для Азовского моря они — подходящий вариант, поскольку имеют малую осадку, — говорит Игорь Воронченко. — Пока без подробностей, но производителю бронекатеров я предложил дополнительное оснащение. Противника ожидает неожиданность».
Также на подходе десантно-штурмовые катера типа «Кентавр». Про словам вице-адмирала, были определенные проблемы с оборудованием, но они решены — агрегаты, которых не хватало, уже доставлены.
Вскоре два «Кентавра» будут спущены на воду.
«И их отдельные характеристики превышают аналогичные «Рапторы», которыми вооружен российский ВМФ, — говорит Игорь Воронченко. — Скажем, наши «Кентавры» более маневренные и скоростные, имеют большую десантовместимость — до 31 человек, то есть, вмещают взвод морской пехоты».
