Так называемый Железнодорожный районнный суд Симферополя в оккупированном Крыму отказал в удовлетворении иска с требованием прекратить «реконструкцию» Ханского дворца.
Об этом сообщил адвокат Николай Полозов в Facebook, пишет Украинская правда.
«Суд отказался принять исковое заявление поскольку «нарушение прав, свобод и законных интересов заявителя Аблялимовой Е. Н. не усматривается», — говорится в сообщении.
Соответствующий иск подала жена Ахтема Чийгоза — Эльмира Аблялимова. Она — экс-директор Бахчисарайского историко-культурного заповедника.
Адвокат добавил, что этим решением суд фактически отказал крымским татарам в праве на защиту их единственного памятника дворцовой архитектуры.
«Иными словами Железнодорожный районный суд Симферополя не только наплевал на часть 3 статьи 44 Конституции РФ, которая на текущий момент «де факто» является основным законом на оккупированной территории Крыма и обязывает каждого беречь и заботиться о памятниках культуры и истории, а и отказал крымским татарам в праве на защиту единого памятника дворцовой архитектуры крымских татар», — отметил Полозов.
Как известно, Ханский дворец в Бахчисарае является самым известным музеем, который связан с историей крымских татар, был летней резиденцией крымских ханов Гиреев. В состав комплекса входят дворец, гаремный корпус, ханское кладбище и мечеть.
Работы в Ханском дворце в Бахчисарае, которые разрушают историческую памятку, начались осенью 2017 года.
Минкультуры Украины выразило решительный протест незаконным работам на территории Бахчисарайского заповедника.
В начале января 2018-го в соцсетях началась кампания протеста против разрушения Ханского дворца в оккупированном Крыму.
В феврале Эльмира Аблялимова подала иск с требованием прекратить «реконструкцию» Ханского дворца.
