В СМИ просочились подробности дела против генпрокурора Луценко.
Специализированный антикоррупционный прокурор Назар Холодницкий объединил уголовное производство о незаконном обогащении генпрокурора Юрия Луценко с делом о декларировании им недостоверной информации.
Об этом сообщают «Українські Новини» со ссылкой на ответ НАБУ.
3 октября 2017 года Соломенский районный суд Киева по ходатайству адвоката (имя не указано) обязал НАБУ открыть уголовное производство по факту незаконного обогащения Луценко.
«В заявлении было указано, что анализ доходов семьи генерального прокурора Украины за последние 10 лет показывает, что состояние его семьи не соответствует его легальным доходам и доходам его жены и сына.
То есть, генеральный прокурор Украины приобрел в собственность активы в значительном размере, законность основания приобретения которых не подтверждена доказательствами.
Указанные противоправные действия указанное в запросе лицо (Луценко) совершило, занимая в 2005 -2006 и в 2007-2010 должность министра внутренних дел Украины и в 2015-2016 — должность генерального прокурора», — говорится в ответе НАБУ.
30 октября 2017 по данному факту начато расследование о «незаконном обогащении, совершенное должностным лицом, занимающим особо ответственное положение».
При этом 28 декабря Холодницкий решил объединить это дело с уголовным производством, открытым по статье «декларирование недостоверной информации».
Досудебное расследование продолжается, пока никому не сообщено о подозрении.
20 марта СМИ сообщили, что в кабинете Холодницкого нашли «жучок». Подложили в аквариум. По информации, устройства принадлежали НАБУ. В тот же день появились слухи об увольнении руководителя САП. Сам Назар Холодницкий опроверг эту информацию.
Генеральный прокурор Юрий Луценко подтвердил, что руководителя Специализированной антикоррупционной прокуратуры Назара Холодницкого прослушивали в его рабочем кабинете.
Об этом Луценко заявил в эфире телеканала ICTV вечером в понедельник, 26 марта, — пишет «Зеркало недели».
По словам генпрокурора, этим занималось Национальное антикоррупционное бюро под процессуальным руководством ГПУ.
«В соответствии с законодательством Генпрокуратура совместно с НАБУ проводили следственные действия, которые касались, в том числе и руководителя САП», — сообщил Луценко.
При этом генпрокурор отказался комментировать результаты следственных действий, а также не сообщил, были ли задокументированы какие-либо противоправные действия Холодницкого.
«Только в результате допросов, экспертиз смогу сообщить о том, есть ли признаки уголовных правонарушений, которые зафиксированы на прослушивающем устройстве, установленном в кабинете руководителя САП», — пояснил Луценко.
Также в СМИ появилась информация о том, что Холодницкий намерен уйти в отставку в ближайшее время из-за проблем со здоровьем. Сам Холодницкий опроверг слухи, сообщив о том, что в отношении его отставки была организована «сбалансированная медийная акция».
