Ряды боевиков на Донбассе пополняют по нескольку десятков зэков из каждой из местных колоний.
Такое мнение выразил эксперт Донбасс-СОС по документированию нарушений прав человека Наталья Мельник на пресс-конференции, передал корреспондент АСН.
«Самую большую цифру, которую нам называли, это 20 людей из одной колонии, которые пошли воевать», — отметила эксперт.
По ее словам, бывшие заключенные мест несвободы на неподконтрольной Киеву территории Донбасса рассказывали, как в 2014-2015 годах в колонии приходили боевики и предлагали им писать заявления на участие в военизированных группировках сепаратистов.
Многие заключенные писали такие заявления — из страха и под давлением, а также с надеждой на возможность бегства, однако впоследствии оставались в колониях. Выйти таким образом из мест несвободы удавалось разве что тем заключенным, у которых были связи в так называемом ополчении и которых «вытаскивали» для пополнения рядов боевиков.
При этом она добавила, что некоторые заключенные, освободившиеся под предлогом участия в группировках, повторно попадали в колонии в связи с новыми преступлениями.
Напомним, закон о реинтеграции Донбасса сегодня, 23 февраля, был опубликован в парламентской газете «Голос Украины».
