17 апреля военная прокуратура Центрального региона Украины разоблачила и задержала во время сбыта боеприпасов солдата-контрактника отдельной танковой бригады ОК «Север».
Как сообщает Цензор.НЕТ такую информацию обнародовал в Фейсбуке пресс-секретарь ГПУ Андрей Лысенко.
В сообщении отмечается: «Военнослужащий службы по контракту еще 04.04.2018, с целью незаконного обогащения, из корыстных побуждений, реализовал гражданскому лицу за 3200 гривен арсенал боеприпасов, а именно: 2 гранаты РГД-5, 3 гранаты Ф-1, и 138 патронов калибра 7,62 мм.
Продолжая преступную деятельность, 17.04.2018 военный преступник реализовал два гранатомета: РПГ-18 и РПГ-26, за которые получил «плату» в сумме 18 600 гривен, однако сразу же был задержан в порядке ст. 208 Уголовно-процессуального кодекса Украины.
Задержание проводилось следователями Черниговского районного отделения Черниговского ОП ГУНП в Черниговской области совместно с работниками Управления СБ Украины в Черниговской области во время проведения негласных следственных (розыскных) действий в рамках осуществления досудебного расследования уголовного производства по ст. 263 ч. 1 Уголовного кодекса Украины по процессуального руководства военной прокуратуры Черниговского гарнизона Центрального региона Украины.
По предварительной информации, учитывая прохождения подозреваемым службы в составе подразделений воинской части в зоне АТО, боеприпасы были доставлены в последнее именно с территории проведения операции.
Оружие, боеприпасы и денежные средства изъяты.
Сейчас решается вопрос о сообщение задержанному о подозрении по ст. 263 ч. 1 УК Украины и по дополнительной квалификации его действий по ст. 410 ч. 3 УК Украины, а также избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу и наложения ареста на имущество».
