В прокуратуре Полтавской области рассказали, как Виталий Суржан, уроженец Лисичанска, которого почти неделю искали все полицейские региона, смог получить оружие для побега из здания Миргородского районного суда, сообщает «КП» в Украине.
Так, по словам замначальника управления ведомства Натальи Лець, вооружила Суржана гражданская супруга Мария во время свидания, которое по протоколу никогда не должно было состоятся.
«Побегу из-под стражи способствовали незаконные действия 39-летнего начальника конвоя, который за 1000 грн. неправомерной выгоды вывел обвиняемого к запасному выходу здания суда, снял с последнего наручники и оставил наедине с его сожительницей», — рассказала прокурор.
Конвоира, решившего «помочь» влюбленным, обвиняют в получении неправомерной выгоды, за это он может сесть в тюрьму от 8 до 12 лет с конфискацией имущества.
Его уже взяли под арест, но суд решил, что пока ведется следствие, конвоир может выйти под залог в 140 тысяч гривен. Такие же условия предоставили и для 32-летней супруги беглеца Марии Запорожец.
А вот третьему сообщнику – 22-летнему уроженцу Луганска, который был за рулем машины, на которой скрылся Суржан – такого доверия не оказали: во время побега он направил автомобиль, на полицейских, преследующих беглеца.
Водителю огласили также подозрение в покушении на жизнь правоохранителя. Всем же троим сообщникам за пособничество в побеге грозит от 5 до 8 лет, если их вину в суде докажут.
Напомним, Виталия Суржана задержали в Киеве, когда он вышел за продуктами. Мужчину в Миргородском районном суде судили за разбой.
