В харьковском детском саду №445 подрались заведующая и воспитатель.
Об этом рассказала мама одного из бывших воспитанников Наталья Клименко. По словам женщины, инцидент произошел утром 31 мая, передает NewsRoom.
«В детском саду не хватало нянь, и заведующая Оксана Нищая помогала накрывать стол к обеду.
Ирина Цепковская – воспитатель – попросила ее подписать документ о санитарном состоянии группы, однако женщина заявила, что сама вправе решать, когда это сделает. Это происходило на глазах детей», – рассказала она, добавив, что в ходе разговора между коллегами возник конфликт.
В детском саду подтвердили случившееся и сообщили, что заведующая сейчас находится в больнице и не желает комментировать ситуацию.
«О самом инциденте ничего не могу сказать. Каждая из коллег говорит свою версию. Они не впервые ссорятся, но так далеко еще не заходили», – рассказала методист.
По словам воспитательницы Ирины Цепковской, утром она подошла к заведующей с докладной и попросила подписать документ и заполнить Санитарный журнал, однако заведующая выхватила бумаги из рук и начала кричать.
«Директор своим телом начала толкать меня к стенке и поцарапала руку. Я позвонила начальнику отдела образования Шевченковского района Башкировой Юлии и сообщила о ЧП. Она ответила, что сейчас приедет и попросила не вызывать полицию и скорую», – сообщила воспитатель.
Харьковчанка также рассказала, что позже, когда она собирала детей на прогулку, увидела в коридоре возле кабинета заведующей толпу. Как оказалось, Нищая потеряла сознание и коллеги вызвали скорую и полицию.
Воспитательница также уведомила о случившемся правоохранителей и медиков.
«В скорой сказали, что у меня гипертонический криз, и направили на обследование. Терапевт по результатам анализов выписала мне больничный», – рассказала Цепковская.
Женщина также заявила, что уже подала на заведующую заявление в полицию, однако пока с ней никто не связывался. В горсовете отказались комментировать ситуацию, так как она не повлияла на учебный процесс.
«Это конфликт двух людей, пусть сами и решают его», – заявила директор Департамента образования Ольга Деменко.
Стоит отметить, что в пресс-службе полиции факт инцидента подтвердили и заверили, что уже начали соответствующую проверку.
