Министерство информационной политики Украины подготовило новый перечень сайтов, которые ведомство предлагает запретить в стране.
Об этом говорится в ответе министерства на запрос агентства «Интерфакс-Украина».
Согласно ответу, в новый перечень сайтов, которые содержат информацию, запрещенную к распространению нормами украинского законодательства, вошел 21 ресурс.
В частности, в предлагаемом перечне названы: dan-news.info, admin-gorlovka.ru, dnr24. su, gorlovka. today, golospravdy.com, s-narodom.ru, politnavigator.net, riafan.ru, dnr-hotline.ru, genocid.net, miaistok. su, dnr24.com, republic-tv.ru, ruskline.ru, dnipress.com, kianews24.ru, c-eho.info, crimea.ria.ru, c-inform.info, komtv.org и gazetacrimea.ru.
В Мининформполитики назвали причины, по которым следует запретить эти сайты в Украине: ч.2 ст. 190 Уголовного кодекса (публичный призыв к насильственному изменению или свержению конституционного строя, либо к захвату государственной власти, а также распространение материалов с призывами к совершению таких действий).
К характеристике каждого ресурса прилагаются ссылки на материалы с данных сайтов.
Отмечается, что данный перечень был подготовлен рабочей группой по мониторингу при Мининформполитики во исполнение положений Доктрины информационной политики Украины.
Он передан на рассмотрение экспертного совета при министерстве.
«Следующим шагом, в случае позитивного вывода экспертного совета и соответствующих рекомендациях, перечень будет передан правоохранительным органам для установления факта совершения правонарушения и соответствующего реагирования в пределах компетенции», — подчеркивается в ответе МИП.
