В Україні щомісячну заробітну плату в розмірі понад 55 тис. грн отримують 60 тисяч осіб.
Про це заявив міністр соціальної політики Андрій Рева, інформує прес-служба відомства, передає Експрес.
«Наразі в Україні налічується 60 тисяч осіб, розмір місячних зарплат котрих перевищує 55,8 тисяч гривен, а серед них є й ті, хто отримує від одного до декількох мільйонів гривень.
Це здебільшого топ-менеджери як недержавних, так і державних компаній, наприклад, «Нафтогазу», — зазначив Рева.
Водночас він зауважив, що не бачить нічого поганого в тому, щоб люди отримували високі зарплати, «якби ЄСВ відраховувалось з усієї суми заробітної плати, а не з 55,8 тисяч гривень».
«Ми розробили регресивну шкалу, яка дозволить відраховувати соціальні внески з усієї суми зарплати. Звісно, було б здорово, якби відраховувались усі 22%, скажімо, з 7 мільйонів, але це може привести до того, що почне скорочуватись розмір самої зарплатні.
Тому ми й розробили механізм, що дозволить проводити відрахування таким чином, що сума, з якої відраховується ЄСВ, буде рости, а відсоток знижуватись», — пояснив Рева, підкреслюючи, що на даний час межа, з якої знімається ЄСВ за ставкою у 22% обмежена 15 мінімальними зарплатами — 55,8 тисяч гривень.
Міністр зазначив, що у Міністерстві соціальної політики розроблено законопроект, який передбачає введення регресивної шкали сплати єдиного соціального внеску для тих, чиї зарплати нараховуються мільйонами гривень на місяць.
За словами Реви, якщо депутати Верховної Ради підтримають цей законопроект, бюджет Пенсійного фонду отримає додатково 5 мільярдів гривень.
