В Раде зарегистрирован законопроект об освобождении пенсионеров от уплаты за коммунальные услуги.
В Верховной Раде Украины зарегистрирован законопроект № 8485 от 15.06.18г. о внесении изменений в Закон «Об основных принципах социальной защиты ветеранов труда и других граждан преклонного возраста в Украине» относительно освобождения граждан пожилого возраста от оплаты жилищно-коммунальных услуг, передает «Украина Коммунальная».
Целью законопроекта является освобождение граждан пожилого возраста от оплаты жилищно-коммунальных услуг.
Законопроектом предлагается внести изменения в Закон Украины «Об основных принципах социальной защиты ветеранов труда и других граждан преклонного возраста в Украине», предусмотрев в нем:
- гарантирование государством каждому ветерану труда и гражданину преклонного возраста надлежащий уровень жизни, удовлетворения разнообразных жизненных потребностей, предоставление различных видов помощи путем, в том числе, освобождение от оплаты жилищно-коммунальных услуг;
- освобождение граждан пожилого возраста от оплаты жилищно-коммунальных услуг и бесплатное предоставление гражданам пожилого возраста, проживающих в жилых домах, не имеющих центрального отопления, топлива в пределах норм, установленных Правительством Украины.
Принятие законопроекта не вызывает необходимости внесения изменений в другие законы Украины.
Реализация законопроекта не потребует дополнительных расходов из Государственного бюджета Украины.
В пояснительной записке к предложенному проекту закона говорится: «Принятие предлагаемых изменений позволит минимально обеспечить соблюдение социальных прав граждан пожилого возраста путем освобождения их от оплаты жилищно-коммунальных услуг».
Ранее «Судебно-юридическая газета» сообщала, что введение новых правил оплаты ЖКУ могут перенести на 2019 год.
Кабинет министров и Верховная Рада работают над тем, чтобы перенести вступление в действие Закона «О жилищно-коммунальных услугах». Запуск закона был намечен на 10 июня. Однако на данный момент еще не готовы некоторые подзаконные акты.
