Правоохранители сообщили о подозрении сотруднику донецкой прокуратуры, который ранее сотрудничал с боевиками оккупированных районов Донецкой области и патрулировал враждебные блокпосты.
Об этом в Facebook сообщил прокурор Донецкой области Евгений Бондаренко, написала Украинская правда.
«К сожалению, конкурсы — не всегда залог успеха. И все тайное, рано или поздно, становится явным. Благодаря сотрудничеству прокуратуры Донецкой области с другими правоохранительными органами разоблачен госслужащий-оборотень», — написал он.
По его словам, в 2016 году мужчина, работая госслужащим исполнительной службы ГУ юстиции Донецкой области, участвовал в конкурсе для трудоустройства в органах прокуратуры, куда в был устроен с 2017 года.
«Установлено, что в 2014 году этот государственный служащий (тогда еще исполнительной службы), а нынешний прокурор, входил в состав «ДНР». Длительный промежуток времени осуществлял вооруженное патрулирование блокпостов «ДНР» для противодействия подразделениям МВД и вооруженных сил Украины», — сообщил Бондаренко.
Он отметил, что прокуратурой Донецкой области сотруднику прокуратуры сообщено о подозрении в совершении уголовного преступления, предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 260 УК Украины (участие в непредсказуемых законом военизированных или вооруженных формированиях).
Максимальная мера наказания — 8 лет лишения свободы.
Сейчас решается вопрос об избрании ему меры пресечения в виде содержания под стражей.
Также сообщается, что в ходе досудебного расследования будут отработаны возможные версии причастности этого «прокурора» к совершению других преступлений предусмотренных украинским законодательством, в частности, наличие состава преступления по ст. 114 УК Украины (шпионаж).
