Як відомо, раніше військовий з інвалідністю навіть при бажанні не міг захищати Україну, але, завдяки новому законопроекту, тепер в армію будуть забирати навіть інвалідів.
Згідно з новим законопроектом, військовослужбовці, у яких є бажання, кваліфікація і мотивація можуть служити в ЗСУ якщо спеціальна медкомісія визнала їх непридатними.
«Якщо людина втратила, припустимо, кінцівку внаслідок поранення, питання: така людина може працювати у військовому комісаріаті або в штабі, або обслуговувати радар або працювати з радіозв’язком? Безумовно, може!», — розповів народний депутат України Олег Винник.
Даний закон не поширюється на тих, хто має проблеми психічного, розумового або сенсорного характеру.
Крім того, військові можуть звільнитися або укласти новий контракт, якщо їх службу примусово продовжили в особливий період після закінчення термінів попереднього договору.
Тобто, військовослужбовці, які уклали контракт «до закінчення особливого періоду» в першій половині 2016-го і раніше, можуть розірвати контракт і залишити армію або укласти новий договір.
