В Ла-Мальбе канадской провинции Квебек 8-9 июня прошел саммит лидеров стран Большой семерки (G7) – Великобритании, Германии, Италии, Канады, США, Франции, Японии. Основными темами саммита были совместное противодействие вмешательствам в демократические выборы, экономика, ситуация в Украине, здравоохранение, война в Сирии, искусственный интеллект и другое.
Далее – основные тезисы из коммюнике саммита G7.
— Страны Большой семерки констатируют экономический рост и вклад в него новейших технологий, однако указывают на рыночные уязвимости, в частности, в связи с оцифровкой экономики. G7 планирует модернизировать Всемирную организацию торговли.
— G7 признает жизненно важную роль Всемирной организации здравоохранения в чрезвычайных ситуациях. Основные цели на ближайшую перспективу: борьба с устойчивыми формами туберкулеза, полиомиелитом.
— Учитывая рост уровня задолженности в странах с низким доходом и важность устойчивости задолженности, страны G7 призывают к большей прозрачности не только стран-должников с низким доходом, но и государственных и частных кредиторов.
— Страны G7 признают необходимость устранения препятствий на пути к лидерству женщин и равных возможностей для их участия во всех аспектах рынка труда, в том числе, путем искоренения насилия, дискриминации и преследований на и за пределами рабочего места. Они также констатируют, что гендерное неравенство еще имеет место во многих странах, несмотря на международные обязательства.
— Большая семерка ставит целью реализовать проект искусственного интеллекта, который может стать новым источником экономического роста и, возможно, принесет решение многих насущных проблем.
— Одна из главных глобальных угроз – это терроризм и финансирование терроризма. Основной инструмент современных террористов – Интернет.
— Страны G7 обязуются совместно противостоять государствам, которые пытаются подорвать демократические процессы и институты.

— Большая семерка призывают Сереную Корею полностью и необратимо уничтожить свое ядерное оружие и объявить мораторий на запуск ракет.
— Страны G7 призывают Россию прекратить дестабилизирующее поведение, чтобы подорвать демократические системы, и поддержку сирийского режима. Они осуждают использование химического вещества в Солсбери.
— Большая семерка продолжает осуждать аннексию Крыма и поддерживает суверенитет и территориальную целостность Украины в пределах ее международно признанных границ.
— G7 продолжит оказывать помощь Украине в реализации необходимых реформ.
— Страны указывают на необходимость продолжения санкций против России до полного выполнения минских соглашений и поддерживают переговоры в рамках нормандского формата.
— Осуждается применения химоружия в Сирии. Страны призывают поддерживать усилия Организации по запрещению химоружия и выполнение соответствующей конвенции.
— Несмотря на действия РФ, страны Большой семерки будут продолжать работать с Москвой для решения региональных кризисов и глобальных проблем там, «где это отвечает интересам» G7.
— G7 осуждают односторонние действия в Восточном и Южно-Китайском море, которые могут привести к обострению ситуации в регионе. Все стороны призываются к демилитаризации в этом регионе.
— Иран призывают воздержаться от запуска баллистические ракет.
— Страны Большой семерки призывают к скорейшему разрешению конфликта и гуманитарного кризиса в секторе Газа.
— Канада, Франция, Германия, Италия, Япония и Великобритания подтверждают свое приверженность Парижскому климатическому соглашению (США вышли из сделки) и продолжат противодействие изменениям климата.
— США будут стремиться тесно сотрудничать с другими странами, чтобы помочь им более эффективно использовать и ископаемые виды топлива и содействовать развертыванию возобновляемых и других экологически чистых источников энергии.
— G7 направит усилия на охрану морской среды. Канада, Франция, Германия, Италия и Великобритания обязуются сократить использование пластмассы, чтобы сократить загрязнение морей и океанов.
