В соцсети появилось видео, в котором активист и одна из жен погибшего моряка рассказывает о некоторых деталях гибели мужа.
Женщина сообщила, что ее муж и коллега погибли вероятно от отравления. 32-летний мужчина пытался спасти себя — пил много воды, или пытался смыть с себя что-то. У мужчины была «оранжевая, а потом кровавая рвота». Первый моряк погиб от отека легких, но причина к нему приведшая — неизвестна.
Украинцы работали на судне, владельцами которого являются граждане Турции. Корабль ходил под флагом Гонконга.
Всего на судне находилось четыре херсонских моряка. Состояние здоровья третьего моряка тяжелое.
Активисты призывают херсонцев помочь вернуть тела погибших на родину, а также — поддержать выжившего моряка.
Посольство Украины пока только проверяет информацию и выясняет обстоятельства гибели граждан Украины, — сообщили в МИД.
Официальный представитель Департамента консульской службы МИД Украины Василий Кирилич сообщил, что уже установлен контакт с судовладельцем.
