В Днепровском районе Киева от канализации отрезали дом, где проживают должники.
Сотрудники «Киевводоканала» отрезали от канализации потребителей услуг в Днепровском районе Киева.
Об этом сообщает пресс-служба предприятия, передает сайт Жить в Киеве.
Таким образом, в четверг, 27 сентября, доступа к данному виду коммунальных услуг лишились жильцы дома на проспекте Тычины, 5/1, у которых имеются долги перед предприятием. Владельцы трех отрезанных от канализации квартир задолжали 3, 10 и 24 тысячи грн. соответственно.
Для возврата возможности пользоваться канализацией необходимо оплатить долг и заплатить 2000 гривен за работы по отключению и обратному подключению.
Отключение без проникновения в квартиру должника производистя с помощью устройства Chop-2008.
«Специальную заслонку, которая блокирует канализационный коллектор квартиры должника, опускают в стояк с чердака дома. При этом все, что происходит внутри трубы, оператор видит на мониторе — через специальную камеру.
Специалист выбирает нужный этаж, находит квартиру и наглухо перекрывает выход сточных вод», – сообщили в пресс-службе “Киевводоканала”.
Ранее стало известно, что киевлянам, которые не платят за водоснабжение и водоотвод, «Киевводоканал» начал перекрывать канализацию.
Об этом говорится на сайте компании.
В частности, устройство «Chop-2008», предназначенное для индивидуального отключения выпусков канализации из квартир в многоэтажных жилых домах, уже применили по ул. Градинской и ул.Бальзака (Троещина).
«Для разблокирования канализации нужно погасить долг перед «Киевводоканалом», а также оплатить услугу подключения к канализации. Ориентировочная стоимость такой услуги — 2 тыс. гривен», — подчеркивают в компании.
В водоканале отметили, что по состоянию на 31 мая, киевляне задолжали 427 млн гривен, и это негативно влияет на возможности предприятия ежедневно обеспечивать водоснабжение и водоотведение города.
«Тем, кто имеет задолженность, «Киевводоканал» всегда идет навстречу и в случае необходимости предлагает заключить договор реструктуризации, который можно оформить в одном из Центров обслуживания потребителей (ЦОС), или в любом из многочисленных центров коммунального сервиса (ЦКС)», — говорится в сообщении.
В «Киевводоканале» также подчеркнули, что, согласно новому законодательству, могут «не только ограничить водоснабжение должникам, но и полностью отключить от своих услуг».
