В поселке Эсхар, что под Харьковом, назревает народный бунт. Сотни людей собрались на митинг возле поселкового совета и требуют от полиции и райгосадминистрации отчет по дел смерти местного активиста Николая Бычко, которого нашли повешенным в лесу.
Также участники митинга требуют разорвать договор с компанией «АВА Сервис», деятельность которой и расследовал покойный активист, передает politeka.net.
Результатом народных волнений стало написание заявления об увольнении поселкового головы Эсхара Анатолия Легкошорста.
Открытая сессия поселкового совета, на которой решат аопрос о снятии Легкошорста с занимаемой должности, состоится завтра, 8 июня.
Кроме этого, сотни недовольных жителей собрались пикетировать районную прокуратуру Чугуева и полицию. Взволнованные правоохранители выехали к идущей в райцентр толпе прямо на трассу.
Напомним, 5 июня активиста Николая Бычко, который боролся коррупцией, нашли повешенным в лесу. По словам правозащитника Романа Лихачева, один из последних постов погибшего, касался выяснения законности действий по вывозу отходов в очистные сооружение КП «Вода Эсхара».
В полиции завели дело по статье «Умышленное убийство» с пометкой «Самоубийство», но население Эсхара не верит, что Бычко мог совершить такой поступок. К тому же, группа людей, которые нашли тело активиста, утверждают, что были следы борьбы, в частности, на руках Бычко.
«Пень, где якобы стоял покойный, был очень трухлявый и разваливался от прикосновения, не говоря уже о том, что он выдержал бы вес мужчины. Рядом с ним находилось тяжелое свежеспиленное бревно, которое даже спортсмену было бы сложно принести в одиночку», — подчеркнул Роман Лихачев.
Правозащитник уверен, что вероятной причиной гибели Николая Бычко может быть конфликт с местной компанией, которая занималась утилизацией доходов.
«Действия полиции были очень похожи на саботаж. Они прибыли на место только спустя час. При этом еще до осмотра тела уже появилось сообщение, где говорилось, что специалисты не нашли на погибшем следов насилия», — подчеркнул он.
