В Винницкой области СБУ блокировала возмещение 30 млн гривен финансировавшему «ЛНР» предприятию.
СБУ блокировала в Винницкой области возмещение налогов почти на 30 миллионов гривен предприятию, которое финансирует террористическую организацию «ЛНР», — сообщает ostro.org.
Оперативники спецслужбы установили, что в 2016 году в Винницкой области перерегистрировалось машиностроительное предприятие из Луганской области. Никакой деятельности по адресу регистрации общество не осуществляло — «производство» находилось в одном помещении с продовольственным магазином.
Реальная производственная деятельность осуществлялась на временно оккупированной территории Луганской области, а владельцы завода платили «налоги» в так называемое «министерство доходов и сборов «ЛНР».
Территория предприятия также использовалась боевиками в качестве базы по ремонту военной техники и учебного центра.
Сотрудники СБ Украины задокументировали, что после регистрации в Винницкой области менеджмент предприятия начал судебно-претензионную работу по получению из госбюджета Украины 28,8 миллиона гривен, якобы как излишне уплаченные в прошлом НДС и налог на прибыль.
В дальнейшем средства планировалось вывести в так называемую «ЛНР», в частности, для финансовой поддержки незаконных вооруженных формирований.
Правоохранители также установили, что в 2015 году менеджмент предприятия уже делал неудачную попытку безосновательного получения бюджетных средств на подконтрольной Украины территории Луганской области.
По материалам СБУ Госказначейство и фискальные органы заблокировали выплату бюджетных средств предприятию до момента возврата временно оккупированных территорий под контроль органов государственной власти Украины.
В рамках уголовного производства, открытого по ч. 1 ст. 14 и ч. 3 ст. 258-5 Уголовного кодекса Украины, продолжается документирование антигосударственной деятельности должностных лиц предприятия.
