Суд Киева приговорил бывших украинских военных Максима Одинцова и Александра Баранова к тюрьме сроком на 14 и 13 лет за госизмену и дезертирство из украинской армии в оккупированном Крыму.
Об этом сообщил их адвокат Валентин Рыбин в комментарии «Крым.Реалии».
«Говорить об исполнении наказания, я думаю, слишком рано. Пока приговоры не вступили в силу, и они будут либо обжалованы, либо будут другие юридические процедуры, которые обсуждаются сторонами», – сообщил адвокат.
По словам Рыбина, в ближайшее время планируется обмен Одинцова и Баранова на украинцев, заключенных в России.
«В ближайшее время возможен обмен», — сказал он.
Адвокат уточнил, что все детали о формате обмена и лиц, на которых обменяют Одинцова и Баранова, будут известны после обмена. По словам Рыбина, он не первый раз занимается подобными делами.
Так, Дарницкий райсуд Киева вынес приговор Одинцову 6 февраля.
Два дня спустя Подольский районный суд Киева назначил наказание Баранову. Подсудимые на заседании не признали свою вину в инкриминируемых преступлениях.
Защита бывших военных собирается оспорить вынесенный приговор.
Справка: Баранова и Одинцова задержали 20 ноября 2016 года на административной границе с Крымом в «буферной зоне» рядом с пропускным пунктом «Чонгар».
По версии Службы безопасности Украины, в 2014 году крымчане перешли из украинской армии в российскую. Таким действиями они нарушили две статьи Уголовного кодекса Украины: госизмена и дезертирство.
Тем временем, власти РФ расценили задержание Баранова и Одинцова как «похищение своих военнослужащих».
Следственный комитет России даже открыл уголовное дело.
Судебный процесс начался в Киеве 7 февраля 2017 года.
