Россия нарушает международные договора, создавая новые ракеты средней дальности
Об этом заявил генеральный секретарь НАТО Йенс Столтенберг.
Генсек отметил, что Россия намеренно провоцирует гонку ядерных вооружений в мире.
“Россия, модернизируя свои ядерные силы и проводя учения с ядерным оружием, рискует развязать новый виток гонки ядерных вооружений в Европе”, – заявил Столтенберг.
При этом он отметил, что Россия действует с нарушением договора РСМД, когда разрабатывает новую ракету средней дальности. И такие шаги со стороны Кремля “вызывают тревогу” у всех членов НАТО.
Следовательно, генсек Альянса призвал Россию соблюсти условия договора РСМД, где запрещено размещение новых ракет на европейской части страны. Ведь эта договоренность является одной из основных частей соблюдения мира на континенте.
Напомним, в НАТО заговорили об опасности отсутствия ядерного оружия в Альянсе, в то время как у России, Китая и КНДР оно есть.
«Цель НАТО – мир без ядерного оружия. Но до тех пор, пока оно существует, НАТО останется ядерным альянсом. Мир, в котором у России, Китая и КНДР есть ядерное оружие, а в НАТО – нет, опасный мир», – считает генсек НАТО.
