Решение суда о признании законным отказа Государственной миграционной службы предоставить бывшему Президенту Грузии Михаилу Саакашвили статус беженца или лица, нуждающегося в дополнительной защите, вступило в силу.
Соответствующее решение огласил судья Киевского апелляционного административного суда Андрей Коротких, передает Корреспондент со ссылкой на Українські Новини.
«Суд постановил апелляционные жалобы оставить без удовлетворения», — сказал он.
Он заявил, что апелляция защиты экс-президента Грузии и Миграционной службы отклонены, и решение Окружного админсуда Киева от 3 января оставлено без изменений.
Этим решением суд признал законным отказ Миграционной службы предоставить политубежище Саакашвили.
Решение вступило в силу по итогу апелляционного рассмотрения.
