СМИ: ФСБ РФ подозревают в скупке стратегически важной земли в Финляндии.
За компанией Airiston Helmi, в отношении которой, по данным СМИ, в Финляндии ведется масштабное расследование, стоит российский бизнесмен, вероятно, связанный с ФСБ — подозревают, что его фирма готовила участок в Финляндии для ремонта российских подводных лодок.
Об этом сообщает Европейская правда со ссылкой на финское издание Yle.
В эти выходные недалеко от города Турку прошла большая спецоперация финской полиции в сотрудничестве с другими государственными структурами. Расследование касается отмывания денег в международных масштабах.
Полиция не раскрывает, какая фирма и кто находится под подозрением. Однако многочисленные финские СМИ сообщают, что речь идет о компании Airiston Helmi, неоднократно фигурировавшей в заголовках СМИ.
Airiston Helmi основана осенью 2007 года, тогда председателем правления компании был зарегистрирован мужчина российского происхождения 1964 года рождения. По данным финского реестра коммерческих компаний, у него есть гражданство Мальты.
Журналисты Yle выяснили, что следы владельцев фирмы и членов его правления ведут также в Польшу, Эстонию и Италию.
СМИ обращали внимание на подозрительные операции компании с земельными участками на стратегически важных территориях. Однажды журналисты снимали с дрона участок, принадлежащей фирме, однако беспилотник при непонятных обстоятельствах упал.
Когда журналисты нашли квадрокоптер, прикрепленная к нему камера исчезла.
С 2007 по 2014 годы Airiston Helmi заключила в районе архипелага Турку множество сделок с земельными участками на общую сумму примерно 9,2 млн евро. В основном компания скупала земли, однако в 2014 году продала частному лицу большой участок в Парайнен за 4,5 млн евро. В реестре недвижимости не указано, кто стал новым владельцем участка.
Примечательно, что компания ежегодно работает неприбыльно: в 2017 году убытки составили 300 тыс. евро.
Основные опасения финнов по поводу Airiston Helmi связаны с тем, что фирма покупает земельные участки возле мест, важных с точки зрения национальной безопасности.
В воскресенье бывший депутат центристской партии Микко Кярня заявил, что расследование экономических преступлений по Airiston Helmi — настоящее, но одновременно служит прикрытием другого дела. Политик утверждает, что компания готовила участок под военную гавань для размещения и ремонта российских подводных лодок в Балтийском море, а руководитель компании связан с ФСБ.
В Центральной криминальной полиции Финляндии настаивают: расследование касается исключительно экономических преступлений, в результате которых были отмыты крупные суммы денег.
