В пятницу 2 марта в Украине ожидается небольшой снег, днем в южной части умеренный снег и дождь, местами налипание мокрого снега, гололед. На дорогах страны гололедица.
Ветер преимущественно юго-восточный, 7-12 м/с, днем в южных областях местами порывы 15-20 м/с.
Температура ночью 11-16°, в западных, Винницкой, Одесской и Николаевской областях до 20°, в Карпатах и на Прикарпатье 21-26° мороза; днем 4-9°, на западе до 12° мороза, на юге и Закарпатье от 3° мороза до 2° тепла.
В Киеве — небольшой снег. На дорогах гололедица. Ветер преимущественно юго-восточный, 7-12 м/с. Температура ночью 12-14°, днем 7-9° мороза.
По данным Центральной геофизической обсерватории, в столице в день 2 марта самая высокая температура днем была зафиксирована на отметке 13,7 градусов тепла в 1995 году, а самая низкая ночью на отметке 20,9 градусов мороза в 1929 году.
В субботу 3 марта в западных областях Украины пройдет небольшой снег, ветер северо-западный, 5-10 м/с; температура ночью 10-15° мороза, днем 3-9° мороза, на Закарпатье ночью 4-9 мороза, днем 0-5 мороза.
На остальной территории снег, в восточных, ночью и в большинстве центральных областей, сильный снег; в южной части, днем и в Кировоградской, Днепропетровской и Донецкой областях снег с дождем (ночью в Херсонской и Запорожской областях местами сильные осадки), местами налипание мокрого снега, гололед.
Ветер восточный, юго-восточный, 7-12 м/с, на Левобережье местами порывы 15-20 м/с, метели. Температура ночью 6-11° мороза, днем 0-5° мороза, на юге ночью от 4° мороза до 1° тепла, днем 0-5° тепла.
В Киеве – снег. На дорогах гололедица. Ветер преимущественно восточный, 7-12 м/с. Температура ночью 8-10°, днем 2-4° мороза.
В свою очередь, киевский городской голова Виталий Кличко во время заседания Киевсовета в четверг обратился к Министерству обороны и Министерству внутренних дел с просьбой о привлечении личного состава к уборке от снега улиц столицы.
Мэр подчеркнул, что столичная власть заблаговременно разработала алгоритм работы всех коммунальных служб в сверхсложных погодных условиях и все действия держит на контроле.
«Но, замечу, пока продолжаются интенсивные осадки, быстро убрать снег с дорог и тротуаров крайне сложно. По технологии, активная работа техники и коммунальных работников начинается после окончания снегопада», – сказал он.
Кроме этого мэр своим распоряжением отменил занятия в школах и дошкольных учреждениях в пятницу и субботу, а также обратился ко всем организациям Киева объявить 1 марта короткий рабочий день, чтобы вечером не было пиковой нагрузки на транспортную инфраструктуру столицы.
