Ранее в Минздраве заявили, что отстранили Екатерину Амосову от исполнения обязанностей ректора Национального медицинского университета имени Богомольца в Киеве.
Об этом сообщает «Громадське».
Причиной отстранения стало то, что студенты стоматологического факультета не смогли сдать обязательный для продолжения обучения экзамен «Шаг 1. Стоматология», который проходит 20 февраля.
«Я осознаю серьезность моего заявления. Меня отстранили за отказ принудительно со стороны заместителя министра Александра Линчевского осуществить противоправные действия, а именно – без тендеров закупить для университета лицензионное тестирование, – заявила Амосова.
«Я имею опыт борьбы против минздравовской системы лицензионного тестирования, которая действует для медицинских вузов Украины уже много лет», – добавила она.
По словам ректора вуза, срыв тестирования был создан искусственно, а университет не мог перечислять «минздравовской структуре» (Центру тестирования при Минздраве) средства вне тендера.
«Мы не могли законно заказать услуги Центра, ведь смета университета на тот момент еще не был утверждена, а ценовое предложение составляло почти 1,4 миллиона гривен.
Закупки на такую сумму, согласно действующему законодательству, должны проходить обязательную процедуру тендера с участием нескольких участников», – объяснила Амосова.

Ученый в области кардиологии, член-корреспондент Национальной академии медицинских наук Украины, доктор медицинских наук, профессор, заслуженный деятель науки и техники Украины, лауреат Государственной премии Украины в области науки и техники, с 16 июня 2014 года – ректор НМУ имени А. А. Богомольца.
К слову, Екатерина Амосова является дочерью всемирно известного академика НАН и АМН Украины Николая Амосова.
