Поліція перевіряє, чи скоювали колишні бойовики тяжкі злочини щодо мирного населення.
Троє чоловіків із «ДНР» здалися поліції Бахмута протягом останнього тижня, повідомляє прес-служба поліції Донеччини, пише Главком.
30 березня, до поліції звернувся 36-річний чоловік — черговий блокпоста з Сіверська.
«Він із автоматом обстежував автівки й перевіряв документи водіїв. Після трирічного переховування вирішив сам розповісти поліції про свої протиправні дії», — йдеться в повідомленні.
Раніше того ж тижня поліції Бахмута здався ще один 30-річний житель Сіверська, який також із автоматом перевіряв водіїв і транспорт на блокпосту бойовиків.
Ще один бойовик, який звернувся до поліції, виявився громадянином Росії, який 2014 року брав участь у незаконних збройних формуваннях на території Бахмутського району.
«Зі зброєю в руках найманець ніс службу на блокпосту біля села Григорівка, а також патрулював місто. Після звільнення району українськими військами чоловік втік та чотири роки переховувався в РФ, у Криму та різних областях України», — повідомили в поліції.
Чоловіки скористалися програмою від СБУ «Повернися додому». Вона передбачає, що бойовиків, які добровільно здалися поліції та не скоювали тяжких злочинів щодо мирного населення, не притягатимуть до кримінальної відповідальності.
Поліція Бахмута перевіряє, чи причетні ці твоє чоловіків до скоєння тяжких злочинів.
З початку року на Донеччині притягнули до відповідальності 65 бойовиків. З них 55 – затримані, решту оголосили в розшук.
