В украинской прокуратуре сообщили, что арест наложен в рамках дела о «незаконной добыче песка»
Украинская прокуратура наложила арест на российское судно кампании Trans Services Maritime в рамках дела о «незаконной добыче песка».
Об этом корр. ТАСС во вторник сообщила пресс-секретарь так называемой прокуратуры Крыма (входит в структуру Генеральной прокуратуры Украины) Татьяна Тихончик.
«10 апреля 2018 года постановлением следственного судьи удовлетворено ходатайство прокуратура АР Крым, и на судно, которое сейчас пребывает в порту города Южный Одесской области и принадлежит российской компании-нарушителю, наложен арест», — проинформировала она.
Как ранее сообщил генеральный прокурор Украины Юрий Луценко в Facebook, прокуратурой осуществляется процессуальное руководство по факту незаконной добычи песка в районе Каркинитского залива Черного моря (заповедник «Лебединые острова») «на временно оккупированных территориях».
«Установлено, что добычу ведет судно-земснаряд с портом приписки городе Туапсе, РФ, он принадлежит кампании Trans Services Maritime», — уточнил Луценко.
По его словам, песок используется «для незаконного строительства» в районе Керчи.
