Нацкомиссия, осуществляющая госрегулирование в сфере связи и информатизации (НКРСИ), направила в Минюст документ, которым хочет запретить ввоз в Украину “серых” телефонов
Свое решение они объясняют тем, что такие телефоны создают помехи в связи.
К таким относятся телефоны стандарта DECT 6.0, заточенные исключительно под американских потребителей.
У нас работа таких радиотелефонов накладывается поверх частот для 3G и создает помехи.
Чтобы избежать подобной истории с 4G, в Украине и развернули борьбу с несертифицированным товаром.
С такой проблемой столкнулся западный филиал Украинского Госцентра радиочастот (УГЦР), когда обнаружил, что именно на западе страны больше всего таких телефонов.
Владельцам таких устройств даже светят штрафы в размере от 510 до 680 грн. Если поймают повторно, то выложить уже придется от 850 до 1700 грн.
Напомним, крупнейшие мобильные операторы – Киевстар, Vodafone Украины и lifecell – совместно потратили 2,5 млрд грн за право развернуть 4G/LTE-инфраструктуру.
Как ожидается, запуск первых базовых станций в крупнейших городах страны состоится уже весной этого года.
Происходить это будет так. Национальная комиссия регулирования связи и информатизации в течение пяти рабочих дней после аукциона официально объявит победителей на своем сайте.
В течение следующих 30 календарных дней мобильные операторы обязаны заплатить за лицензии.
Не позднее шести месяцев после получения лицензии на 4G связь оператор обязан начать предоставление услуг 4G-связи в одном из регионов.
На то, чтобы развернуть сети на частотах 2600 МГц во всех областных центрах, отводится целых 54 месяца.
Так что ждать, пока именно в вашем городе появится 4G, можно еще несколько лет.
