«В одном из сел Нежинского района умер ребенок. Стражей порядка встретили две женщины — хозяйка и ее подруга, которая квартировала у супругов вместе с двумя детьми.
Умерла двухлетняя дочь подруги, которая утверждала, что причиной смерти является эпилептический припадок. Мол, ребенок тяжело травмировался сам, когда упала», — сообщила пресс-служба Нацполиции области.
При этом, хозяина в доме не было, а хозяйка не смогла сообщить, где его искать.
Экспертиза установила, что причиной смерти ребенка стал отек головного мозга и субдуральная гематома.
Мужчину вычислили в районном центре и задержали.
«Выдвинутая полицейскими версия о его причастности к убийству ребенка была полностью подтверждена», — передают в полиции.
Открыто уголовное производство по статье «Умышленное тяжкое телесное повреждение, повлекшее смерть потерпевшего».
Санкция статьи предусматривает от семи до десяти лет лишения свободы.
