На четвертом году войны 45-й экспериментальный механический завод в Виннице наконец начал получать военные заказы от государства.
Так, для фронта здесь уже разработали «автомастерские на колесах», предназначенные для ремонта танков и БТР, а также для зарядки аккумуляторных батарей в машинах, – передает Вежа.
На заводе говорят – для их предприятия это был настоящий вызов. Ведь создание такой мастерской на колесах – это ее полный «тюнинг».
Сложность заключалась еще и в том, что нужно было разработать техническую документацию и инструкцию по эксплуатации необычной машины, – рассказывает директор завода Николай Чумак.
Среди прочего мастерская может одновременно заряжать 36 автомобильных аккумуляторных батарей – она оборудована мощными генераторами и зарядками для аккумуляторов.
Инженеры завода говорят: аналогов подобных аппаратов в Украине нет.
В этом году завод планирует подписать соглашение с Министерством обороны на ремонт техники: стоимость сделки составит около 25 миллионов гривен.
Кроме мастерских на 45-м также начали изготавливать топливозаправщики: это первая техника, которую создали на предприятии за годы Независимости.
Минобороны заказало 11 таких цистерн: пять уже сделали, до конца года должны изготовить еще шесть.
Топливозаправщики объемом 12 тысяч литров создали на базе автомобиля КРАЗ.
Такая машина имеет два современные узлы подачи топлива, т. е. могут одновременно заправлять две машины. В планах создать подобные заправщики и для небольших самолетов и вертолетов.
