В Сумах детей учат выживать в Голодомор. Нормально ли это?
Детям не понравился вкус хлеба из коры и желудей.
В училище провели мастер-класс по приготовлению хлеба из коры и желудей — школьники в шоке, пишет «КП» в Украине.
В Сумском межрегиональном высшем профессиональном училище провели для детей бесплатный мастер-класс по приготовлению маторженков – заменителя хлеба из коры дуба и березы, желудей, отрубей и муки. Благодаря этому блюду во время Голодомора 1932-1933 года многие смогли выжить.
Рецепт взяли из кулинарной книги 1933 года, в которой были рецепты и рекомендации по тому, где брать ингредиенты. Об этом детям во время мастер-класса рассказал один из его организаторов Владислав Кухар.
Дети готовили маторженки сами, попробовали и, откровенно говоря, были разочарованы вкусом блюда
— Когда узнала, что люди раньше ели и из чего это делали, я была шокирована. На вкус оно как кора дерева и чувствуются все эти травы. Никакое! — удивляется одна из учениц Валерия Антонцева.
Но нужен ли был такой эксперимент? Стоит ли рассказывать детям о Голодоморе в такой форме, или, возможно, вполне хватило бы простого школьного урока? Не перегнули ли педагоги палку?

— Визуализировать события, помочь детям на себе прочувствовать, как жили и выживали люди в то время – это очень хорошая идея. Это поможет детям внимательно отнестись к этой страшной странице истории, тем более, в такой познавательной и достаточно мягкой форме, — рассказывает «КП» в Украине» заслуженный работник образования Людмила Макаренко.
— А то, что детям не понравился вкус хлеба из коры, так это нормально, ведь не пряник дали. Лучше понимать будут…
По мнению педагога, было бы нелишним проводить такие мастер-классы не только в Сумах, а и в других городах Украины.

Интересно, что и с точки зрения психолога, для школьников — это тяжелый, но нужный опыт.
— Окунуть детей в период 1932-1933 года – это интересный эксперимент. Тот период истории был страшным для Украины. И то, что дети смогут попробовать еду, которую ели их сверстники, поможет им лучше понимать, что тогда действительно происходило.
Опыт жесткий, но несомненно, нужный. Пора детям выныривать из гаджетов, забывать о том, что они «недолюбленное поколение» и понимать, чем жили наши предки, — уверен кандидат психологических наук Сергей Романенко.
