Согласно закону “О физической культуре и спорте” №2273-VIII к спортивному оружию относится сертифицированное в установленном законодательством порядке огнестрельное или пневматическое, стрелковое и холодное оружие, предназначенное для поражения целей во время проведения спортивных мероприятий, параметры и характеристики которого зафиксированы в правилах спортивных соревнований по видам спорта, признанных в Украине.
В тексте документа к статье “Материально-техническое обеспечение сферы физической культуры и спорта” добавили норму, которая предусматривает покупку, хранение, перевозку и использование спортивного оружия и боеприпасов к нему.
Также в законе прописано как нужно содержать стрелковые тиры и стрельбища, где применяется спортивное оружие.
Кроме того, учет и сертификация спортивного оружия осуществляются в установленном законодательством порядке.
