По данным пресс-службы Гослекслужбы причиной запрета муколитического отхаркивающего средства стала несоответствие маркировки лекарственных препарата по показателям «Описание».
В связи с этим Госслужба своим распоряжением обязала все субъекты госсобственности, осуществляющие реализацию, хранение и применение данного препарата немедленно проверить наличие запрещенного препарата, изъять его из оборота и вернуть поставщику.
В случае невыполнения данного распоряжения при выявлении нарушений, владелец будет нести ответственность согласно действующему законодательству.
Напомним, что «Пектолван Ц» — это муколитический препарат, который применяется при острых хронических заболеваниях дыхательных путей в целях разжижения и облегчения отхаркивания.
