Верховная Рада Украины разрешила привлекать на военную службу лиц, признанных непригодными.
Согласно закону военнослужащим контрактникам, которые во время прохождения военной службы были признаны непригодными для военной службы по состоянию здоровья разрешили продолжать службу по их обращению в Вооруженных Силах Украины и некоторых других военных формирований.
Парламентарии 241 голосом поддержали во втором чтении и в целом соответствующий законопроект, передает «УНН».
Речь идет о военнослужащих военной службы по контракту из числа граждан Украины, которые во время военной службы были признаны непригодными для этой службы по состоянию здоровья, по результатам заболеваний, ранений (травм, контузий, увечий), полученных при исполнении обязанностей военной службы, что привело к установлению им инвалидности и частичной потери трудоспособности без установления инвалидности.
Это не касается кроме умственных, сенсорных, психологических недостатков, нарушений психики, поведения и других заболеваний, определенных Министерством обороны Украины и другими центральными органами исполнительной власти, которые в соответствии с законом осуществляют руководство военными формированиями.
Кроме того, лицам, на которых распространяется этот закон не разрешат служить в Государственной пограничной службе Украины, СБУ и Службе внешней разведки Украины.
