Отмечается, что труп обнаружили на пересечении улиц Гната Хоткевича и Азербайджанской. Похоже, это был человек без определенного места жительства, который спрятался от непогоды в коллекторе.
«Судя по всему, мужчина утонул во время вчерашнего вечернего дождя, когда уровень воды в коллекторах поднимается до максимума в течении минуты», — сказано в сообщении.
На месте происшествия работают спасатели, уточняются все подробности инцидента.
