В Украине особый период начался 18 марта 2014 года и продолжается по настоящее время.
Верховный Суд запретил начисление штрафных санкций и процентов по кредиту военнослужащим на время особого периода.
Об этом сообщила пресс-служба ведомства, передает издание «Украинские новости».
Суд пришел к выводу, что военнослужащим с начала и до окончания особого периода, а резервистам и военнообязанным — с момента призыва по мобилизации и до окончания особого периода не начисляются штрафные санкции, пеня за невыполнение обязательств перед предприятиями, учреждениями и организациями всех форм собственности, в том числе банками и физическими лицами, а также проценты за пользование кредитом.
При этом особый период наступает с момента объявления решения о мобилизации или с момента введения военного положения и охватывает время мобилизации, военное время и частично восстановительный период после окончания военных действий.
Суд также подчеркнул, что в Украине особый период начался 18 марта 2014 года и продолжается по настоящее время.
