«Путин делает ставку на внешнеполитический престиж и создание легенд для того, чтобы укрепить свою власть в стране и за ее пределами.
Проецируя идею «русского православного мира» за границы страны, он нивелирует независимость соседних государств, в частности Украины. Их стабилизация была бы для него даже опасной», — уверен Йильге.
Неслучайно политтехнологи Кремля назначили дату президентских выборов на 18 марта, четвертую годовщину присоединения Крыма, ведь в своей предвыборной кампании Путин опирался на идеологические и геополитические аргументы, которые лежат в основе аннексии.
Путин до сегодняшнего дня оправдывает аннексию Крыма, используя концепцию мнимого «русского мира», согласно которой «братский украинский народ» относится к сфере влияния России, пишет эксперт.
В своей речи, посвященной присоединению Крыма, Путин обозначил Россию страной-покровительницей для своих «соотечественников», в частности в ближнем зарубежье, подразумевая существование большой русской цивилизации, которую необходимо защищать от внешнего мира, то есть от Запада. «В этом смысле Путин в обращении к нации приравнял «советскую Россию» к Советскому Союзу и пожалел о потере населения и государственной территории.
Но, прежде всего, он таким образом поставил под сомнение законность границ возникших после распада СССР государств», — опасается эксперт.
«С точки зрения Путина и близких к Кремлю идеологов, только из-за политики США и ЕС, которые развязали «цветные» революции, «братский народ» Украины отступил от своего якобы естественного места в «русском мире» и, соответственно, от России, — говорится в статье.
— То, что украинский народ повернулся в сторону Европы на основании собственного решения, для Путина вряд ли постижимо, потому что в его представлении самостоятельной украинской нации в действительности не существует».
В свете того, что говорил Путин на пресс-конференции 14 декабря 2017 года о единстве восточно-славянских народов, обращаясь ко временам Киевской Руси, аннексия Крыма и российская агрессия, осуществляемая в целях защиты русскоязычных соотечественников на украинском Донбассе, не являются нарушением международного права: в трактовке Путина они восстанавливают утраченную историческую справедливость стремящейся к единству исторической России, поясняет читателям эксперт.
Путинский тезис о едином народе является авторитарно-имперским утверждением и не имеет ничего общего с настроениями, которые в действительности можно наблюдать сегодня в украинском обществе.
То, что Путин повторял этот тезис до недавнего времени, может означать, что Кремль и дальше будет осуществлять дестабилизацию Украины, говорится в статье.
«Прогрессирующая благодаря успешным реформам интеграция Украины в структуры ЕС неприемлема для Москвы. Потому что стабильная, процветающая демократическая Украина может стать в глазах некоторых россиян привлекательной контрмоделью путинской автократии и поставить под угрозу имущество поддерживающих Кремль коррумпированных олигархов», — пишет Йильге.
